When I consume but do not create I become unbalanced

Therefore I must also create
Consumption and creation take many forms
When we consume more food than we create motion we become unhealthy.
When we consume more material goods than we create wealth we become insolvent.
When we consume more books than we produce words we become irrelevant.
When a society consumes more than it creates the society becomes unbalanced
